Shipping policy
European Shipping (All Orders)
Rellision ships exclusively within Europe.
All European orders include free shipping. Shipping costs are already included in the product price.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 - 3 business days.
The standard delivery time for most European countries is 3 - 10 business days.
Certain destinations require a longer transit time. Approximate delivery times are as follows:
Albania: approximately 10 business days
Ukraine: approximately 10 - 12 business days
Bosnia and Herzegovina: approximately 8 - 12 business days
Kosovo: approximately 7 - 12 business days
Moldova: approximately 8 - 11 business days
International Shipping (Outside Europe)
Rellision currently does not ship to destinations outside Europe.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped within the European Union do not require customs fees.
Orders to non-EU European countries may be subject to local import duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information if tracking is available for your destination.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking link for updates to appear.
Important Notes
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities.
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Shipping details cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched.
- If a package is refused upon delivery, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
