Return & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with Rellision. We appreciate your support and trust in our products and vision.

While we stand behind the quality of every piece we make, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. In accordance with EU regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Order Cancellations (Before Shipping): If you change your mind shortly after placing an order, you can cancel it before it is fulfilled. Simply use the withdrawal/cancellation button in your customer account or on your order status page.

How to Submit a Return (After Delivery): If you want to return an item because of a sizing issue or change of mind, please follow these steps:

  • Request a return via your customer account or email us at info@rellision.com within 14 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number.

  • The item must be completely unworn, unwashed, and in its exact original condition with all tags attached.

Return Shipping Costs: As an independent brand, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you experience a problem with your item (defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect product received), please contact us as soon as possible at info@rellision.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the mistake is on our end, we will of course cover the return costs and provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds & Important Notes:

  • Submitting a return request does not automatically guarantee a refund.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

  • We reserve the right to deny returns if items are returned damaged, worn, washed, if abuse of the policy is suspected, or if claims are made after the 14-day window.

Policy Updates: Rellision reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
