How to Submit an Issue:

Email us at info@rellision.com within 5 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item showing the issue.

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
What We Review:

We will only consider claims for defective items, damage during shipping, or incorrect products received.

Issues related to change of mind, preference, or sizing may not be accepted, but you are still welcome to contact us for review.
Processing Exceptions:

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Refunds are not guaranteed. Any exception will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we determine the issue was caused by us.
